3DXChat 3.1 Beta (October 2024)

We’re excited to share some news about the upcoming game update! Below, you’ll find details on all the new features and improvements that will soon be added to the game.

For those who can’t wait to try out these exciting features, the beta server is available right now. Get an early look and help us refine the update by testing it today!

How to Join the Beta Test

1. Log in to the Members Area

• Go to the 3DXChat Members Area (opens in a new tab).
• Click the "Join beta test" link.

2. Use Your Existing Account Credentials

• The login and password for the beta server are the same as your current main account credentials.

3. Download the Beta Client

• After joining the beta test, you will receive a download link for the beta client.

4. Ensure Your Subscription is Active

• Participation in the beta test is only available for players with an active subscription.
• If your subscription has expired, you will need to renew it to join the beta server.

Important Notes About the Beta Test

• The beta test runs on a separate server and does not affect your main account.
• You will receive a completely new account for the beta server, which is not connected to your main account.
• You can create new characters on the beta server.
• We reserve the right to delete all beta accounts at any time.
• If you receive an "Invalid password" or "Expired account" error in the beta client:
  • Log in to the Members Area (opens in a new tab) and activate your account.

Reporting Bugs

Help us improve the game by reporting any bugs or issues you find in the beta version:

1. Forum Thread: Use the official beta forum thread (opens in a new tab).
2. Discord Channel: Join the #beta-bug-report channel on our official Discord server (opens in a new tab).
